Boulton Atlantica Centre,a National Parks of Zimbabwe Lodge, the venue for Batapata international artists workshop 2003.The area is conservation area with small animals and insects.The favourites were the scorpions who wanted to keep close contact with the artists but soon found their final resting places on canvases or animal hides.
Above is main lodge with a large dining area and rooms. Below is the thatch shed/studio were artists worked late into the night .The Savanna forest with indeginous trees such musasa and munhondo inspired the artist to work with nature.
