Born in the seventies, Odi went to school in Harare with art training at the Harare Polytechnic. She went on to teach art at the Queen Elizabeth High School and there after Speciss College. In 2002 she quit teaching to concentrate on her studies with UNISA alongside her artwork and Batapata runnings. Odiola was quite instrumental in the structuring and smooth running of Batapata 99. She has also participated in the just ended Tulipamwe International Artists' Workshop in Namibia.Odi works with all kinds of media -,"..its even better when its not conventional". | |||||||||||
