born in the seventies in Mbare , the oldest high density surbub in Harare , Zimbawe .he grew up the communal areas of Chihota , Marondera till he was the age of 13 years .Stephen was always interested in making artefacts , but took up art seriously from high school till the B.A.T Visual Arts Studios of the National Gallery of Zimbabwe graduating after three years as an honorary graduate.Stephen is a versatile artist working equally well with three diamensional media , painting and the graphic arts . he has been invited to a number of workshops and residency programmes abroad and nationally exhibiting extensively in group and solo shows . his exceptional talent has been complemented by awards in sculpture , painting and printmaking .currently he is a full time artist , coordinator of independed art programmes as well as a committee member of Batapata International Artists Workshop . | |||||||||||||||||||
