Studios
We have 13 full-time artists at the Centre at present and hope to build more studios and workspaces in the future.   New block shed to be turned into studio space - it now has 2 studios built within the space. There is also a well building working space which is used as a workshop space.

The International Workshop
The International Workshop is part of the Triangle Arts Trust series of workshops worldwide. It brings together artists in a spirit of mutual sharing, amity, experimentation and willingness to renew, explore and refresh the habits of one's work. Having a common interest in art, we go beyond differences of background, culture and geography to find our common humanity and rediscover the wonder of shared creativity.

Painting
Our Painting workshops tend to focus on basic principles and awareness of formal elements, materials, studio practices and preparation. Many of the participants are local artists, Art Teachers, some of whom are Primary school teachers who have never painted before. Others either have painted or are painters for whom the workshop is refreshment, a chance to do some of their own work and an inspiration from working with others. Artists and school leavers take part as well.

Basic Sculpture
The Sculpture workshops for art teachers, school leavers and artists lasts two weeks and covers the basics in safety, use and care of tools, fundamental principles and methods. The main media used are: metal, wood, clay, plaster of Paris and found objects. The 2001 workshop was led by Velias Ndaba.
Advanced sculpture
We have had one Advanced Sculpture workshop so far, in 2001. It was led by Tapfuma Gutsa and lasted for three weeks. In this workshop, a basic knowledge of sculpture is assumed and an experienced artist works with participants to share knowledge and inspire further developments in each individual.
