Tulipamwe International Artists' Workshop is held annually during the months of August/September. Applications from international artists are reviewed in May/June each year. Preference is given to artists from the SADC region and the African continent. Donor agencies with representation in Namibia who are major sponsors of the workshop may also recommend a participant from their respective countries to attend the workshop.
